Event Constraints:
- The maximum number of event participants is 150
- The maximum number per age group is 16 (Note age groups may be split into different groups by ability)
- The minimum number of participants to make the event viable to run is 50
- Age group draws may be combined if there are insufficient participants to make an age group draw viable
Players may still register after these limits are reached, but impacted players will be moved to the reserve list and will only be allowed to participate if an age group player withdraws within the correct seeding range.
Event Timings
The event is planned to take place over the following days:
- Friday 7th July - From 6 pm until 10 pm (latest finish)
- Saturday 8th July - From 1 pm to 8 pm
- Sunday 9th July - Morning if needed, but if not finals 12 - 3pm.

Step 3 - Entry Fee Payment
Once you have registered for the event, follow the instructions provided to pay the event entry fee.
Please see the registration fees at the bottom of this page and note new female members have free entry to the first event this season.

Lockers with codes are available in the changing rooms. |
